- Returns & Replacements
- Custom Jewlery By Sophie offers a Lifetime Guarantee against manufactured defects. Any item that needs to be replaced due to defect will be at no charge within the first 120 days. After 120 days, a $5 return fee will be charged. Any item can be replaced with another item of equal or greater value. If an item of greater value is chosen, then the difference in cost and taxes will apply. Any item can be returned with full refund with 30 days. You will receive a credit to your card. You can return an item after 30 days but not longer than 60 days in which case you will receive online store credit to your account. Any item that is returned that is damaged due to customer use will receive online store credit for the amount of the item. All items that are returned to Custom Jewelry By Sophie will be verified by signature by a company respresentative. You will be notified by email that the item has been received and the status of your replacement or refund. You will receive the item by shipping with a required signature to verify that you have received the item. This is done for your security as well as the security of the company.

Many items are available in other colors, gemstones or silver.gold options. If you see an item that interests you but you don't see on option for changing the item to your preference, please email us at info@customjewelrybysophie.com for a design consult. Design consults are given at no extra cost to you and we aim to make your custom piece to your liking. Some redesign fees may apply due to cost of supplies. Your item will be shipped to you with a signature required to verify that you have recieved your order. This is done for your security as well as the security of the company. If you do not receive your item or we do not receive verification of your signature, we will contact you to resolve any issues with your order.
